Audio-Technica announces new Q-SYS Certified plugin for System 20 PRO Digital Wireless System
— New plugin offers easy setup and monitoring of System 20 PRO —
InfoComm, Orlando, FL, June 11, 2025 — Audio-Technica (booth 3716), a leading innovator in transducer technology for over 60 years, announces a new Q-SYS Certified plugin for the System 20 PRO Digital Wireless System, offering easy setup via Q-SYS Designer software. This development brings this product into the Q-SYS Ecosystem, streamlining network configuration and control. The plugin is Q-SYS Certified, resulting in ease of setup for installers, ease of use for end users, and provides System 20 PRO Digital Wireless System with remote monitoring and management through Q-SYS Reflect.
The Audio-Technica System 20 PRO offers a self-managing, plug-and-play 2.4 GHz system, scalable to 20 channels and delivering dependable, high-quality audio – regardless of where it is set up. Designed for hassle-free deployment, the system overcomes many challenges of conventional wireless microphones, such as frequency coordination, complex intermodulation calculations, and remote antenna cabling. System 20 PRO serves a wide variety of applications, such as classrooms, conference rooms, houses of worship, and live performance venues.
The new Q-SYS plugin can be used to easily set up and monitor channel parameters in the system, individually monitor each channel, control volume and AF levels, monitor RF levels, enable/disable transmitter mute, monitor battery level and charging status.

Additionally, A-T recently rolled out a significantly enhanced ES954 Ceiling Microphone Array Q-SYS Plugin to include a toggle for the ES964, a compact, low-profile tabletop microphone. Both are great fits for small-group videoconferences and dynamic meeting spaces. This plugin allows users to manage microphone array, configure pickup patterns, and adjust audio settings directly from Q-SYS Designer Software.
