Audio-Technica is all about analog at AXPONA 2025, with cartridges, top-of-the-line AT-LP8X turntable, headphones and more

At AXPONA 2025, A-T will showcase its commitment with four rooms filled with a wide variety of phono cartridges, its top-of-the-line AT-LP8X turntable, the ATH-ADX3000 audiophile open-air headphones, the new R Series open-back reference headphones, and more.
A comprehensive selection of phono cartridges will be on exhibit, including the legendary AT-OC9x Series high-end moving-coil models, which have become audiophile classics, plus the acclaimed VM Series and VM95 Series that deliver superb performance at affordable prices, and the richly detailed AT33 Series moving-coil cartridges. All offer unbeatable performance and value in their respective categories, thanks to refinements like Audio-Technica’s exclusive Dual Moving Magnet/Moving Coil designs, advanced stylus geometries, and precision craftsmanship.
The AT-LP8X Semi-Automatic Direct Drive Turntable is designed to deliver exceptional vinyl record playback. It offers a newly designed tonearm lift that automatically raises the tonearm at the end of a record side and stops the motor, 3-speed operation, and a pre-mounted VM95E moving magnet cartridge with elliptical stylus (SRP: $1,100).
Audio-Technica’s ATH-ADX3000 open-air headphones bring true high-end audio quality to the under-$1,000 headphones category (SRP: $999.00). Modelled after the flagship ATH-ADX5000, its open-air design allows unrestricted airflow, for extremely pure, spacious and natural sound. The ATH-ADX3000 employs a number of A-T innovations, including Core Mount Technology (CMT) that places the driver’s voice coil in the middle of its housing to achieve the purest motion possible for extraordinary clarity.
Audio-Technica’s new R Series of professional open-back reference headphones are ideal for discriminating home and on-the-go listeners, as well as content creation, recording and production.
