Premier Sponsors announced for Recording Academy® Producers & Engineers Wing® 25th anniversary Grammy® Week celebration honoring five-time Grammy winner Jimmy Douglass

Iron Mountain Media and Archival Services (IMMAS) and Sony's Pro Audio Div. to serve as Premier Sponsors for the event

Santa Monica, Calif. (JAN. 26, 2026) — Premier Sponsors have been announced for the upcoming Recording Academy® Producers & Engineers Wing® annual Grammy® Week Celebration. Taking place on Wed., Jan. 28, the event will honor producer, engineer, mixer and five-time Grammy winner Jimmy "The Senator" Douglass. This signature event will pay tribute to the artistic achievements of Douglass, whose credits range from Aretha Franklin to The Rolling Stones and collaborations with Timbaland on projects by JAY-Z, Justin Timberlake and Missy Elliott, where Douglass' genre-defying versatility has shaped countless landmark recordings.

Premier Sponsors include Iron Mountain and Sony's Pro Audio Div., with additional sponsors to be announced shortly. This year's Producers & Engineers Wing Grammy Week Celebration highlights Douglass' prolific career, with additional credits that include Aaliyah, Foreigner, Hall & Oates, John Legend, Led Zeppelin, Roxy Music, and many more, reflecting a body of work that has helped shape timeless recordings across rock, R&B, pop, hip-hop, and beyond. Along with paying homage to Douglass, the event will also celebrate the 25th anniversary of the year-round work of the Producers & Engineers Wing and its members, who work together to advise the Recording Academy® on technical best practices, advocate for the rights of music creators and shape the future of the recording field.

Andrea Kalas, Vice President, Iron Mountain Media and Archival Services, stated, "Iron Mountain is proud to support the Recording Academy to elevate the importance of preserving the world’s musical heritage and protecting the intellectual property of creators. Grammy Week brings the industry together to celebrate its achievements while looking toward the future. Through our collaboration with the Producers & Engineers Wing, we remain committed to delivering strategic archival solutions that protect creative legacies and ensure their long-term value for generations to come. It's an honor to be part of this Grammy Week event honoring Jimmy Douglass and also celebrating the P&E Wing’s 25th anniversary."

Maureen Droney, Vice President of the P&E Wing, remarked, "Our event to help kick off Grammy Week is a yearly highlight of our annual calendar, and an opportunity to honor the talented individuals who work every day—most often behind the scenes—to bring the music we love to life. Each year, we strive to raise the bar and deliver an experience that feels truly unique, and none of it would happen without the dedication of our loyal sponsor partners. We sincerely thank them for ongoing support."
