Waves Debuts Everything Audio Live from YouTube Space LA

— Hosted by acclaimed audio engineer Dave Hampton (Herbie Hancock, Prince, Justin Timberlake), Everything Audio will cover a range of audio topics, from recording, live sound, and audio for gaming, to consumer audio, forensics, sound design and much more —


TEL AVIV, ISRAEL, September 29, 2014 Waves Audio, a leading provider of digital signal processing software and hardware solutions, announces its new web program, Everything Audio, streaming live from YouTube Space LA. With new episodes added on a regular basis, the show will present a wide spectrum of audio-related content appealing to everyone from audio professionals and sound hobbyists to everyday consumers and technology enthusiasts. Topics will range from pro audio and live sound to musical instrument audio, sound for film and gaming, sound design, DJing and electronic music production. The show will also delve into the world of audio for consumer electronics, discussing such topics as headphones, computers, cell phones, televisions and car stereos, while also touching on audio forensics, restoration, psychoacoustics, hearing capacity and aural health.

The show is hosted (and executive produced) by noted audio engineer Dave Hampton, an expert in the field of audio recording, production and technical design, with a list of clients that includes Herbie Hancock, Prince, Justin Timberlake and many more. The premiere episode will air on Tuesday, October 7, 2 P.M. ET and will feature the following guests: producer/DJ/remixer Dave Audé (Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé), producer/engineer/mixer Andrew Scheps (Adele, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Sabbath, Lana Del Rey, Metallica, Jay-Z), and producer/engineer/mixer Jack Joseph Puig (Florence + the Machine, U2, Lady Gaga).

Each episode will present a panel of guests from various fields in audio, ranging from music producers, mixers, engineers, artists and musicians to retailers, audio manufacturers and representatives of consumer companies whose products feature audio as a central function. Each guest will present his or her area of expertise while interacting with the others guests to discuss topics moderated by the host. Each episode will include real-time audience interaction through a live-chat Q&A session with the guest panel.
