VOX CO-SPONSORS JOE SATRIANI IN-STORE TOUR

— Visits help promote VOX/Satriani signature guitar effect pedal line —

MELVILLE, NY, April 16, 2010 — VOX Amplification recently co-sponsored a series of in-store appearances by guitar luminary Joe Satriani. The events took place throughout the month of March.

Taking time from his participation in the Experience Hendrix 2010 Tour, Joe Satriani made seven in-store appearances around the country, spanning from Las Vegas to Georgia. VOX’s participation in the fan-based event included promotion for their signature Joe Satriani line of guitar effect pedals. In addition to product giveaways at each event, VOX offered instant rebates to all attendees who bought a VOX/Satriani pedal; many took the opportunity to have Satriani sign their new pedals and have a photo taken with their hero. Retailers benefited from the extra traffic and sales the events generated in their stores.

There are currently four pedals in the VOX/Joe Satriani signature line of guitar effect pedals, which were created to Joe's specifications and able to recreate his unique sound: Satchurator distortion pedal; Time Machine multi-mode delay; Big Bad Wah dual wah-wah pedal; and the Ice 9 overdrive pedal.
