SAE INSTITUTE MOVES NEW YORK CAMPUS
TO EXPANDED FACILITY

— Institute moves to larger campus to accommodate growing
studio facilities and student enrollment —

SAE Institute is pleased to announce the relocation of its New York campus to a larger Herald Square facility in Midtown Manhattan. The new campus will help SAE maintain its leading edge of audio education and accommodate the ever-growing number of students and technical resources that have helped establish SAE’s US presence.

SAE’s new campus studio and instruction complex houses 33 studios/technology labs/personal workstations, offering students the maximum amount of hands-on time, while providing an array of studio setups and situations. The school’s wide ranging audio curriculum covers areas from surround sound and DVD authoring, to large-format console studio and mix sessions on the new Neve 88R recently installed in the school’s main control room. The layout and design of the studios also
allows for interactive connectivity between rooms, producing an all-encompassing environment for students and staff to help boost productivity and creativity.

The new SAE Institute New York campus will feature an opening event weekend during the AES show in October. Throughout the weekend, SAE will host special technology events, guest speakers and panel discussions, and demonstrations from many of SAE’s Educational Partners and special event sponsors.

“We are very excited to be relocating to our new facility,” stated Tom Misner, SAE Institute CEO and Founder. “Since we began our US operation with the New York campus four years ago, we have had nothing but positive response, which is evident by our need to move into the larger campus. This state-of-the-art facility will provide our students with the most up-to-date technology and instruction available. With our network of campuses in the US and abroad, SAE is poised for continued growth as we continue to increase the demand for our students in the top facilities worldwide,” Misner concludes.
