SAE INSTITUTE'S NASHVILLE CAMPUS HOSTS SPECIAL SESSIONS WITH FAMED ENGINEER/PRODUCER STEVE ALBINI

NASHVILLE, TN, October 16, 2006
— Leading pro audio and multimedia educator SAE Institute recently hosted a special day long series of exclusive in-studio seminars by renowned recording engineer/producer/artist Steve Albini. Focusing on a variety of relevant topics, Albini combined practical, real-time tracking and mixdown demonstrations with unique insight into his own industry successes from the past 20-plus years for SAE students in attendance.

Known for his work with groundbreaking artists such as The Pixies, Nirvana and Nine Inch Nails, Albini was brought to SAE Nashville as the latest special guest in the school's series of on-campus workshops and seminars. Attendees received interactive instruction on an array of important setup and critical listening techniques, primarily focusing on drum and percussion recording and mixing, as well as important studio etiquette and client procedures.
