MARSHALL AMPLIFICATION RECEIVES MIPA AWARD AT MUSIKMESSE 2010MELVILLE, NY, March 29, 2010 — Marshall Amplification won praises at the 11th annual Musikmesse International Press Award (MIPA) Ceremony, held March 25, 2010, in Frankfurt, Germany. The Musical Instrument/Pro Audio community gathered to recognize outstanding contributions throughout the industry. This year, Marshall was honored for its achievements in product development in the following category:
• Best Guitar Amp Head – Marshall JMD:1
The ceremony was attended by more than 400 international representatives of music/audio-related manufacturers and distributors. In preparation for the awards, over 100 magazines from around the world compiled a list of nominees in over 40 categories, from which the final winners were chosen.
