D&M PROFESSIONAL ANNOUNCES INTELLISIGN AS LATEST ADDITION TO ITS APPROVED CONTENT PROVIDER PROGRAM (ACPP)

— Boston-based Intellisign joins growing network of D&M Professional’s approved providers of content for the acclaimed Denon DN-V755, a leading digital signage solution —

ITASCA, IL, November 2, 2006 — D&M Professional has announced that Boston-based Intellisign is the latest addition to its Approved Content Provider Program (ACPP), an ever-growing pool of content-creation resources for users of Denon Pro’s flagship DN-V755 Network Audio Visual Player. Intellisign joins other ACPP vendors, which include YOUNGideas (Rochester, NY), DigitalSignIt.com (Lisle, IL) and Alphagraphics of Northbrook (Northbrook, IL), further underscoring D&M’s commitment to supplying a cost-effective resource network for DN-V755 end users.

Founded by Jacques P. Marchetti, Intellisign is a design and production company specializing in content creation and implementation of digital signage for a wide variety of market sectors including retail, trade show, corporate/financial, government, education, broadcast, hospitality, entertainment, transportation and house of worship. Intellisign is powered by a strong affiliation with three major New England companies: Marchetti Engineering, Wavelengths Pro Audio and IEG. Customers include Live Nation, 3-D Entertainment, Mass Concerts, Six Flags New England and Burke Advertising.

Commenting on becoming an Approved Content Provider, Intellisign CEO and founder Jacques P. Marchetti stated, “As a full-spectrum production company, we see the trend shifting from conventional advertising to a fully electronic and hassle-free version. This is an incredible opportunity where customers of the DN-V755 and Intellisign can bridge the gap in creating and maintaining professional, affordable contact quickly and easily. We are extremely pleased with our new D&M Professional affiliation.”

Designed to meet the increasing demand for digital signage multimedia solutions for theme parks, museums, houses of worship, kiosks, crisis management centers, retail environments and other commercial applications where high-quality, highly reliable, customized video is desired, the DN-V755 offers extensive playback capabilities through its built-in 40 GB* hard drive and extended range of compatible formats. In addition to its brand new, user-friendly, embedded web interface for off-site playback scheduling and maintenance, the DN-V755’s network capabilities make it one of the easiest signage solutions to integrate into a visual messaging installation.

About the Approved Content Provider Program
As contractors and system integrators continue to specify the DN-V755 for customers in the market, the need for constantly changing content has become apparent. D&M Professional thoroughly researched the market and determined that many DN-V755 users would benefit from having access to a comprehensive resource for content development and creation. The Approved Content Provider Program (ACPP) is the embodiment of that. DN-V755 users will be able to access any of the providers and create their own working relationships. Since the content is in digital form, clients of ACPP vendors can be located anywhere in the U.S. or the world and still benefit from the advantages of this program. As the ACPP program expands with new service vendors, it will offer the users of the DN-V755 a continuously larger and more diverse array of content choices that will also be increasingly cost-effective. New content creation services providers will be certified as part of the ACPP on an ongoing basis. As vendors are added, they will be posted on D&M Professional’s website, www.d-mpro.com. To view the online list of approved content providers, click on the DN-V755 page.
